“I had my first encounter with yoga in the eighties, and I thought it was not for me. This attitude changed abruptly when I saw my heavily pregnant girlfriend doing a headstand in 2003. I wanted to be able to do that too!
Today I know that yoga is more than headstands and Om chanting. Years of yoga practice followed, with yoga retreats and workshops, as well as three yoga teacher trainings, including Anusara with Barbra Noh.
As a native Frenchwoman, I have been passionately teaching my own mother tongue for years. And both there and in yoga, it makes me happy to see how I can pass on my knowledge.
