“I found my way into Bhakti Yoga in 1999 and into asana practice in 2003. Today I work as a certified 800+ yoga teacher (500+ PBY Academy, 300h Marsha Yoga Vidya Peetham Yoga Alliance USA) and as a personal trainer, blackroll trainer and mentor in the PBY Academy.
My classes follow the principle of sthirasukhamasanam – stability and ease, strength and flexibility, tension and relaxation.”

Vinyasa Flow
Yoga in all its aspects. A flowing all level class with changing focus: Standing postures, forward bends, backward bends, inversion postures.
After mobilisation and sun salutations, the individual postures build on each other and are explained in detail. Breathing, movement and relaxation harmonise with each other and are equally part of the class. Each class ends in a regenerating Savasana.
