“Before I completed my yoga teacher and yin yoga training at the Skuban Academy in 2019, I gained over 15 years of experience in various yoga styles worldwide. I am particularly fond of the calm practice of Yin Yoga, which offers me the ideal balance to everyday life, all yoga styles that go into strength, as well as other sports.
My classes are characterised by calmness, depth, a focus on the breath and a loving approach to one’s own body and mind.”

A calming, relaxing restorative practice. The focus is on holding asanas for long periods of time to engage connective tissue and fascia, release tension, improve flexibility and allow the breath to flow freely, but also to release stress and blockages on a psychological level. Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis.
