BECOMINGME YOGA by Robert Ehrenbrand connects body, mind, and energy through a mix of asanas, bodyweight exercises, flowing movements, conscious breathing, active meditation, rhythm, and sound. Each class follows a specific sequence of these elements with the aim of strengthening your system—mentally, physically, and emotionally. It helps you release stress and pressure, allowing you to find more courage and determination.
