1/2 Day Retreat – Twelfth Nights
Saturday 20.12.25, 14:00-18:00 Uhr with Lena Augustin
Depending on tradition, the Rauhnächte (twelfth nights9 begin on December 21 or 24. In this retreat, we consciously focus on the winter solstice/YULE (December 21), the moment when light returns and a new inner cycle begins. This half-day retreat opens the door to the Rauhnächte for you. You let go of the old in nature, return to tea, silence, and sound—and learn simple rituals that you can easily integrate into your modern life during the 12 nights.
A retreat that strengthens and grounds you and prepares you for the magic of the 12 nights and the 13th moon – modern, mindful, and right in the middle of life. Rituals that help you consciously close the year, center yourself, and align yourself inwardly with the new.

about Lena Augustin
Nature has been my home since childhood and remains my greatest inspiration to this day. It reminds me that everything is connected: light and shadow, beginning and end, joy and sorrow.
I accompany you in moments that bring you closer to yourself – on sound journeys with tea ceremonies or at events celebrating the annual cycle of festivals. In doing so, I bring ancient rituals into our modern world – to you. An invitation to step out for a moment, pause and feel your own inner nature.
My aim is to translate this knowledge in a contemporary way and provide you with small routines that can be incorporated into everyday life. Routines that strengthen, ground and connect you – with yourself, with others and with nature.
