Immerse yourself in an ocean of crystalline sounds, in your being, and in your inner wisdom.

This special acoustic Yin Yoga session, lovingly guided by Dela, wraps around you like a warm, cozy blanket. Yin Yoga is a gentle style of yoga that allows you to feel deeply into your body, gradually turning your attention inward.

The session is accompanied by the beautiful sounds of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls played by sound healer Susie, helping us to find even deeper relaxation. The delicate sound of the crystal singing bowls supports your body in regaining balance and can gently release blockages. The crystalline sounds make it easier to melt into the Yin Yoga poses and hold them.

Susie and Dela have already held deep healing spaces and retreats throughout Germany and are now looking forward to floating on clouds with you in Munich as well.
