Regina Gambarte

Regina’s journey into the world of yoga, transcendence and healing work began at the age of 25, in her professional internship at the School of Healing, for Body and Psyche. She was already a mother of two and had sought fulfilment in art and music.
In a breath therapy seminar she came into contact with something so wonderful that it made her go on a search and eventually led her to yoga. After several years of practising various styles, she completed the Jivamukti teacher training in Upstate NY in 2006 directly with the founders of the method. Since then, she has been teaching with dedication and love. In 2009 she founded YamYoga, her own yoga studio, and ran it with great success for 11 years. She trained yoga teachers in 16 yoga and yin yoga trainings and accompanied her students in internships and countless advanced trainings.
She developed the “healing Tao” an advanced training that includes Yin Yoga, Taoist elemental teachings and energetic work. She continues to train herself through many years of healing work (shamanic work with plant medicine in Brazil and Sat Nam Rasayan trainings with Guru Dev Singh), breathwork, energetic work and meditation.
Since 2015 she has been studying in depth the philosophy of Shaiva Tantra and is dedicated to integrating the energetic aspect of Tantrism. In the last 20 years she has completed several trainings and advanced trainings in Kundalini Yoga and teaches and practices this technology with passion. She is especially grateful to Igor Kuvayev for sharing his knowledge and experience in Trikka Shivaism and supporting her in challenging energetic processes and to Nam Satya Kaur for her love and integrity for Kundalini Yoga.
Her greatest passion is to inspire people to experience and live the aliveness of their heart and the clarity of conscious presence, in every moment of life, in this body, on this wonderful planet.
