I have been teaching yoga and meditation for 20 years. My style, Soulyoga, is an explorative Hatha Yoga that has evolved from a lifelong movement practice. Influences from Anusara Yoga, Feldenkrais, Bowspring beWEGen and Sensing Yoga can be experienced in it. My teaching is clear and grounded. The approach to an asana (posture) happens through a diverse range of movement. Achieving a pose is in the background. I sensitise you to perceive and feel the inner fascial connections and your own sensitivities. The Soulyoga practice will challenge you but also encourage you.

Tues 7:15am – 8:15am
A 60 minute full body warm up that activates the cardiovascular system, invigorates the mind and sends you into the day awake and in a good mood.
This yoga class is explorative and fascial. It stimulates the muscle chains and fascial connections holistically in the body. It is less about a form (asana) to be completed and more about the sensitive feeling into the body and the resulting individual movement.
