YFC – Yoga For Cyclists
This yoga class is adapted to the needs of cyclists and much sitters and works on opening the forward bent upper body and hip mobility. No previous yoga experience is required.
Flow to Slow
A class that begins physically flowing, mobilising and strengthening, then lingers into more relaxed yin and restorative postures. Come down, come to yourself.
