Immerse yourself in the world of Budokon Yoga – a powerful combination of yoga, martial arts, calisthenics and animal locomotion.

In this workshop, you will discover the fundamental elements of Budokon Yoga and learn how to unite body and mind in a harmonious flow. We will focus on the Budokon basics, which will help you master the unique movements and flowing transitions that make the practice so powerful and transformative.

Learning the basics in detail will give you more confidence, security and strength for each of your movements. We will work specifically on the Budokon basics and transitions, and finish with a powerful sequence.

This workshop is ideal for anyone who wants to deepen their athletic abilities in yoga – whether you are an experienced yoga student, a teacher looking for new inspiration, or simply someone who is curious about the connection between martial arts, yoga and movement.

No previous experience is necessary. You will understand the fundamentals of Budokon, laying the foundation to dive into more advanced Budokon classes and expand your own practice.
