Budokon Yobility builds on the basic principles of Budokon Yoga, but deliberately goes beyond classic asanas. The focus is on flowing sequences, functional strength and versatile forms of movement, which together result in a holistic practice. The aim is to break down fixed patterns, gain freedom of movement and deepen your own body awareness in the long term.
In this workshop, you will combine yoga and mobility to increase flexibility, agility and strength. Inspired by yoga, martial arts, animal locomotion, dance and free forms of movement, you will learn to develop new movement patterns, vary them and mindfully return to the flow. In this way, you will deepen your yoga practice, expand your physical agility and strengthen your inner balance.
Immerse yourself in the world of Budokon, unleash your inner strength and experience a feeling of connection and freedom.
No previous experience is necessary. You will understand the basics of Budokon, laying the foundation for diving into more advanced Budokon classes and expanding your own practice.
Be the warrior within you who tackles change with strength and courage – and at the same time be the yogi who accepts what is with wisdom and serenity.
