Deep Dive Somatic Yoga Nidra

Saturday 21.02.26, 2:00-6:00 pm with Meike

Arrive in your body, immerse yourself in being. This immersion is an invitation to take your time and get in touch with yourself layer by layer.

Somatic Yoga Nidra takes you on a journey into yourself and your magical anatomy. You dive deep into your hidden inner worlds.

Somatic Yoga Nidra is a guided visualization anchored in the body, embracing everything that is there—accompanied by a composed soundscape and a unique anatomical theme that you can experience, you will find your way to yourself.

As you lie snuggled up on your mat (or sit, if that feels more appropriate), with seemingly little external movement, the focus is on all the small movements within you. Switch off and move from doing to being.

This immersion is an invitation to get to know your body better. To dive into somatics and embodiment. And to learn more about Somatic Yoga Nidra. No experience or personal practice is necessary, whether with yoga, yoga nidra, somatics, or embodiment. All bodies welcome!

The immersion is experiential. Even though you will learn about the background of somatics and yoga nidra, you will first get to experience it for yourself. The focus is less on teaching you the “correct” way to do things and more on opening up space for you to experience it for yourself. As someone who practices yourself, this can inspire your practice, and as a teacher, it can inform your space holding.

This immersion is for anyone who…

  • wants to learn about and experience Somatic Yoga Nidra
  • wants to dive into their own magical anatomy in a concrete way
  • is interested in a physically gentle but deep practice
  • wants to learn more about somatics and embodiment

Costs: 70€ (USC/ Wellpass +30€)
