Deep Relax – Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a guided deep relaxation technique – and also a form of meditation.

After a short body mobilisation, you lie down comfortably in Shavasana (supine position) and follow gentle instructions through breathing and body awareness. Your nervous system slows down, your mind becomes clearer, and your body comes to rest. For beginners, the practice has a physically and mentally regenerating and stress-relieving effect. Experienced practitioners experience Yoga Nidra as a gateway to a meditative state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep.

This class is ideal for ending the weekend in a relaxed manner and getting in touch with yourself before the start of the new week.

Come in comfortable, cozy clothing. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.

About Charlotte Zehentmeier

Charlotte practices and teaches a subtle form of Tantra Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Influenced by more than ten years of intensive personal practice and over 700 hours of training, she moves at the intersection between contemplative depth and modern everyday life.

She takes particular pleasure in the subtle and energetic aspects of yoga. At the same time, it is important to her to convey these experiences in such a way that they provide guidance, clarity, and inner stability in everyday life.

Charlotte teaches with a calm, precise presence and creates a space in which practice can naturally deepen.
