Shake the Dust™ is more than just a workout—it’s a practice to get your body moving properly and explore yourself, your emotions, your patterns, and your resistance through movement.
Carried by an epic playlist, we move together through waves of shaking, jumping, resting, dancing, intuitive flow, and elements of yoga, Pilates, bodyweight strength training, somatics, and HIIT.
You flow through different containers carried by music, you are allowed to feel yourself with everything you bring with you. Here and now. Together we can sweat, laugh, cry, curse, and pour ourselves into a great feeling of liberation and BEING. Shake off what separates you from yourself – SHAKE THE DUST™.
This is a practice for EVERYONE. A practice of being you. Whether you are a yogi, curious, or simply ready to move with intention—Shake the Dust™ is your invitation to take up space, break patterns, and come alive. Suitable for all levels, there are variations and you determine your own pace and intensity. We use simple movement sequences, no previous experience is necessary.

Meike is a spaceholder for Embodied Yoga & Somatics, psychologist & systemic coach.
Her mission is to create magical spaces where you can connect with yourself, your body and others. Her work incorporates the mindset that the head aka psyche, the body with all its systems and the heart are an inseparable interwoven unit.
Psychology merges with mindfulness, movement, embodiment and intuition.
