Some phases of life demand so much of us that we focus almost completely on the outside. While we meet the challenges and fellow human beings and somehow cope with the stress, we can easily lose contact with ourselves. Self-love takes a back seat. Re-Connect is a workshop that invites you to experience your sensations with playful, purposeful yoga exercises and grasp them with guided, intuitive journaling. Re-Connect connects your body and mind and gives you the time to fully engage with yourself and the theme of self-love.

We encourage you to create a self-care plan for at least Saturday. Journaling your own body experiences together can be challenging. Come with resources for recovery that positively support you, your feelings and thoughts.

Sarah-Lena Brieger

Various forms of movement have shaped me, my career and so my yoga classes. It is important to me not to force myself into different poses, but to observe my own body on the way.

Especially the Israeli movement language GAGA influenced me and my training a lot. During this time I learned to perceive the body holistically with its limits and strengths and to challenge it individually.

In addition to this workshop I teach Open Flow – Monday 19:30 and offer the regular workshop “Heels over Head” once a month on Saturday.

Kathrin Nord

At home in the publishing world, I have been giving a voice to people who add value to society for 20 years – as a writing coach and ghostwriter, among other things. Writing is bringing one’s own thoughts into the outside world and thus watching oneself think – through writing we gain a special closeness to our thoughts and at the same time can distance ourselves from them, play with them. We can experience ourselves anew.
