Season Circle – New Beginnings
Saturday 01.11.25, 6:30-8:30 pm with Lena Augustin
Samhain is the first festival in the Celtic calendar – and also the festival of the dead and ancestors. It invites us to let go of the old, honour our roots and consciously attune ourselves to the darker, quieter time of year. At the same time, it opens up a space to better understand your inner nature and connect with the rhythms of life.
You can expect an evening with:
- Smudging with local herbs & arrival
- Impulses & rituals for Samhain
- Reflection & journaling
- Tea ceremony with seasonal wild herbs
- Meditation
- Sharing circle
You will take away simple rituals for your everyday life that bring light and ease into the darker season. An evening that strengthens you, opens your heart and brings you into harmony with your own nature.
Costs: 35€ (USC/ Wellspass +25€)
about Lena Augustin
Nature has been my home since childhood and remains my greatest inspiration to this day. It reminds me that everything is connected: light and shadow, beginning and end, joy and sorrow.
I accompany you in moments that bring you closer to yourself – on sound journeys with tea ceremonies or at events celebrating the annual cycle of festivals. In doing so, I bring ancient rituals into our modern world – to you. An invitation to step out for a moment, pause and feel your own inner nature.
My aim is to translate this knowledge in a contemporary way and provide you with small routines that can be incorporated into everyday life. Routines that strengthen, ground and connect you – with yourself, with others and with nature.
