A sound and breathing journey back to your centre!

Sound healing with crystal singing bowls has a regulating effect on your nervous system – without you having to actively do anything. Receiving the sounds and vibrations promotes deep relaxation and can also stimulate new energy and creativity.

The sound journey is complemented by simple breathing exercises from yoga, which gently bring you into contact with your life energy (prana). The combination of breath and sound helps you to release tension, find inner balance and emerge with a new sense of lightness.

about Annka Dangmann

Annka is a sensitive and active person who finds balance and access to her intuition more easily through yoga. The profound yoga philosophy and spiritual tools enable her to arrive, connect and slow down, even off the mat. Crystal singing bowls are an important part of her practice, as the gentle sounds provide easy access to deep and healing relaxation.

With her experience, she guides others with depth, empathy and a special eye for detail. In her classes, she creates a safe space where you can find peace and come into your own more easily. From this connection, you draw strength and clarity for your path beyond the mat.
