Sound journey + Tea ceremony
Sundays, twice a month, 7:45-9:00 pm with Lena Augustin
A sound journey is like a guided meditation, carried by sounds.
We start with a tea made from local herbs – a moment to arrive, ground yourself and let go of the day.
Deep relaxation is created with drums, monochords, Tibetan singing bowls and natural instruments. The vibrations calm the nervous system and can lead brain activity into alpha to theta waves – similar to deep meditation. This makes it easier to release tension, dissolve blockages and enter a regenerative flow.
The sounds carry you, invite you to pause and give you a feeling of being held.
Immerse yourself in the world of sound – and find your way back to yourself.
Please note: Participation is not recommended for people with pacemakers, epilepsy, acute mental health crises (e.g. anxiety or panic disorders, psychosis) or in the first trimester of pregnancy.
Costs: 25€ (USC/ Wellpass + 12,50€)
About Lena Augustin
Nature has been my home since childhood and remains my greatest inspiration to this day. It reminds me that everything is connected: light and shadow, beginning and end, joy and sorrow.
I accompany you in moments that bring you closer to yourself – on sound journeys with tea ceremonies or at events celebrating the annual cycle of festivals. In doing so, I bring ancient rituals into our modern world – to you. An invitation to step out for a moment, pause and feel your own inner nature.
My aim is to translate this knowledge in a contemporary way and provide you with small routines that can be incorporated into everyday life. Routines that strengthen, ground and connect you – with yourself, with others and with nature.
