Discover our mini retreat, which is all about self-love, connection and inner balance. Leave your hectic everyday life behind and consciously take time just for yourself.

Start with an invigorating Pilates Flow that strengthens and stretches your body. We will then immerse ourselves in a self-learning practice together to promote your connection to yourself and your balance. We finish with a relaxed Slow Flow with Meditation to harmonise body and mind.

To round things off, there are delicious snacks and the opportunity to chat. The perfect experience to recharge your batteries – maybe even together with your favourite person, mum or best friend!

About Mirjam

I am a yoga teacher and coach. I teach Inside Yoga I Inside Flow, Pilates and Barre workouts, as well as Slow Flows and Yin Yoga. I love the combination of healthy alignment, powerful sequences and flowing movements. I am passionate about gentle and energising flows and I love to use the power of music. At the same time, I love gentle sequences and practising mindfulness and inner calmness in quiet yin classes!

For me, yoga means creating connections: to yourself and to others and having fun on the mat!
