Breath + Nidra

We immerse ourselves in the wonder of conscious, connected breathing and embark on a breathing journey that brings us a little closer to ourselves.

Breathing helps us in a wonderful way to get in touch with ourselves, let go, and get the energy within us flowing. This can release inner blockages and allow us to receive new impulses. You will be accompanied by selected, powerful music that will carry you through the session.

We will round off the class with a wonderful relaxation technique—Yoga Nidra. This puts you in an intermediate state between wakefulness and sleep, allowing you to immerse yourself in deep relaxation of body and mind.

Breathwork and Yoga Nidra complement each other wonderfully because the activating breathwork opens inner doors and Yoga Nidra then acts like a quiet, supportive space in which everything can be rearranged, integrated, and deeply calmed.
