Ready to explore Pincha Mayurasana (forearm balance) in a fun, supportive, and playful way?

Join Leia for a 2-hour workshop designed to help you build strength, confidence, and understanding in your inversion practice — whether you’re working toward your first kick-up or refining your balance and transitions.

Together we’ll explore:

  • ⁠ ⁠Forearm balance foundations + alignment
  • ⁠ ⁠Shoulder and core activation drills
  • ⁠ ⁠Wall work and partner exercises
  • ⁠ ⁠Safe entries and exits
  • ⁠ ⁠Different leg variations + funky Pincha shapes
  • ⁠ ⁠Balance techniques and inversion confidence
  • ⁠ ⁠Creative transitions and ways to progress your practice

Expect a mix of movement, technique, conditioning, and lots of time to play upside down in a supportive environment.

This workshop is open to all levels, with options and modifications provided throughout.

About Leia

Leia has a smile for everyone and a contagious energy that she loves to share. She taught yoga in London for many years before moving to Munich, and is also a yoga therapist (500-hour certification) with degrees in psychology (BSc) and mindfulness and neuroscience (MSc). She has a passion for handstands.
