Friday & Monday 6:00-8:00 or 7:00-9:00 / Saturday & Sunday 6:30-8:30 or 8:30-10:30

Assisted Self-Practice Classes (Mysore style) include the use of verbal cues, hands on assists and visual demonstration to help you find the best approach to practice for you. We encourage questions and we invite feedback about your experience.

An established Mysore practice is mandatory to join these assisted self-practice classes with Greg. Booking of all four mornings as a package is mandatory.

Person Centered Ashtanga Yoga describes a way of practising Ashtanga Yoga that is based on each persons unique capabilities, goals, and experiences. Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that links breath, movement, and mindfulness. At Ashtanga Yoga Worldwide Greg teaches a person-centered approach to the techniques and sequences of ashtanga yoga to offer you an individualised experience.

The learning experience is a collaboration between you and your teacher. It allows the practices to be adapted to suit each individual in their unique yoga journey.

Booking

Booking of complete weekend preferred, but morning Mysore classes and Workshop can be booked separately too. An established Mysore practice is mandatory.

Greg Nardi

Greg Nardi – E-RYT 500, YAP- Senior teacher, is the lead teacher of Ashtanga Yoga Worldwide classes, workshops, and trainings.

Ashtanga Yoga Worldwide comes from Greg’s 25+ years of experience studying, practicing, and teaching yoga. He took extended trips to Mysore, India between 1999-2016 to learn yoga with a focus in asana, yoga history and philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and chanting. Greg also attends Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy. He teaches with Yoga4Change a Florida based non-profit organization that achieves lasting, demonstrative change for veterans, individuals who are experiencing incarceration, youth, and people living with mental health conditions through a purpose-driven yoga curriculum.
Greg was formerly authorized level 2 with the KPJAYI in Mysore, India. Since resigning his authorization in 2018 Greg has been educating yoga practitioners about power dynamics and consent driven, person-centered approaches to the teaching and practice of Ashtanga Yoga. Greg believes in the healing power of yoga for all.
