Yin Yoga with singing bowls

In Yin Yoga, you spend between three and ten minutes in a posture. As you are working without muscle strength and with props, you can let yourself sink into the posture, muscle tension can be released and, above all, the connective tissue is addressed.

Fascial adhesions, which can be responsible for back pain, are released through this practice, the connective tissue becomes more flexible and the body can detoxify.

However, Yin Yoga goes beyond the physical aspect. Through the deep calm, stillness and time, we can cultivate our senses, meet and accept ourselves beyond concepts and beliefs and thus enter a new dimension of our existence.

Through the sounds and vibrations of live music you will be guided into an even deeper level of relaxation.
