A team of experienced teachers and a group of rotating new teachers on Sundays are inviting you to learn with and from each other across a variety of yoga styles. Our aim is to bring together a community of like-minded teachers and students, where you can be yourself without judgement or competition. A space where you feel at ease to withdraw yourself from the everyday hustle and take time to re-focus and relax.
Olena is a snowboard enthusiast and she believes that yoga is a powerful tool to help skiers and snowboarders to become more flexible, stronger and focused.
It’s incredible how much lighter, softer and more restored you can be after 60 minutes of Move & Rest. Try it out and enjoy the hour on your mat.
I teach Hatha yoga with Anusara elements with lots of focus on alignment and relaxation.
In my classes I combine flowing movements, Pilates and yoga to train strength and flexibility but also to find peace and mindfulness.
My classes follow the principle of sthirasukhamasanam – stability and lightness, strength and flexibility, tension and relaxation.
Yoga gives me the space to be completely with myself. Children’s yoga can help them to experience their sense of self as early as possible and to maintain it as they grow up.
