Meet Our Community of Teachers
A team of experienced teachers and a group of rotating new teachers on Sundays are inviting you to learn with and from each other across a variety of yoga styles. Our aim is to bring together a community of like-minded teachers and students, where you can be yourself without judgement or competition. A space where you feel at ease to withdraw yourself from the everyday hustle and take time to re-focus and relax.
What I love about Pilates is the stability and awareness of small and deep muscles, the controlled movements, but also the free, flowing, dancing movements.
Inside Flow – a combination of modern music and asanas. My absolute passion and I am happy to pass on my enthusiasm.
I have been teaching yoga and meditation for 20 years. My style, Soulyoga, is an exploratory hatha yoga that has evolved from a lifetime of movement practice.
In my classes Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga flow into each other. For a powerful and deep yoga practice, our starting point is the mindful connection of breath and movement.
Teaching is truly a dream come true. It is my hope, that I can bring joy and guide students along their own journeys through the alignment of mind, body and breath.
Christina – the down dog
Christina’s is active in sports herself and knows what is needed to come down, prevent injuries or compensate for one-sided stress.
There are many parallels between yoga and martial arts: the concentration, the focus and the opponent – only that you fight against yourself on the mat.
Christl found her way to yoga in 2013. Since then, yoga has enriched her life and she draws more and more calm, peace and strength from her regular practice.
Elli is passionate about teaching children and adults ballet, contemporary dance, modern dance, creative children’s dance, floor barre and Pilates.
I teach Tantric Hatha Yoga and combine dynamic breathing with movement. In my classes, asana, pranayama and meditations are built up equally.
Gloria teaches holistic classes, that combine traditional elements with somatic movement and embodiment techniques. She teaches in English.
